We have a regular time slot offering all of our offerings on a Friday in central Exeter, why not pop along for a chat.

Where you will be able to book any of the options we offer. We will be also having a limited number of free counselling appointments (conditions do apply) which we suggest you contact us about for more information.

We also hope to set up a discussion group during this time of which more details will follow.

On the 11th of February we organised a collection at Exeter City Football club in aid of BIBIC (The British Institute for Brain In jured Children). It was incredibly cold, despite this 21 people raised a fabulous £621.58 which will really go towards helping out families effected by brain injuries in children. (plus Exeter won which was a bonus for those who support them, and it made it much more enjoyable for those new to football and even converted a few new football fans).

This can be something as simple as listening, perhaps full training in a particular technique, or perhaps walking with you as we all learn to expand our awareness further. The entire team is committed to meeting these needs.
